His Name is “Scara”,  Karabo Masehela was Born and bred in Mafikeng on the  3rd of January 1990. He  was raised by a single parent his mother, who was always supportive and courageous. Karabo Started  school in Sol Plaaitjie Primary in Mafikeng and went to Complete his  Matric in Pretoria Bokgoni Secondary school.

He Started playing soccer at the age of 6 years playing for a local club called Western Tigers in Mafikeng , and  then  went to go join the SUPERSPORT/FEYENOORD Academy in JHB at the age of 12 years.

At the age 16 years Scara  turned a pro and played for Super Sports United, University of Pretoria (UP) Mavela and gained a promotion for the PSL. He also played for Fc Cape Town, Thanda Royal Zulu and Represented the youth national teams from under 12-23 years.

Sports is not only his talent, he also hold a diploma in Sports Science and coaching and he’s currently a head coach for NWU Soccer Institute. “I want to coach football at the highest level as possible, Scara added “

“On the 26th of September, NWU  Football Institute was crowned the 2019 Champions of The National Varsity Cup against Tshwane University of Technology (TUT).  Congratulations once again to Scara and the Purple Army “. We can only be proud.
