Working in silence is sure a recipe for great things in life when you are focused, not distracted and you know where you want to be.

Meet Boitumelo Moetsi from Mahikeng the City of Goodwill in the North West province. A proud mother of 3 smart awesome boys, is a radio content producer, presenter, narrator, a businesswoman and a philanthropist. She studied Business Management with Unisa and also Accounting Administration with Taletso FET (now TVET) College. With that comes a business, Boleng Projects that specialises in Construction (General Building Services; CE), Farming (Breeding pigs/production of Brahman cows) which was nominated at the 19th Annual Department of Agriculture Forestry Fisheries/DAFF Female Entrepreneur awards in the category of Top Entrepreneur Small Holder in 2018. You can catch her on air on  Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the show Bana Ba Motsweding at 09:42-09:52am and Sunday at 06:20-06:30am on Sunday School on Motsweding Fm.

Tumi started her career in 2002 at the age of 19 when she joined SABC Radio that is Motsweding Fm as a radio drama artist as she has always been a creative that is proactive. She is business minded because her entrepreneurial skills began while she was still in primary school 'I am a natural entrepreneur', she told Maftownmag. Her company Boleng Projects was registered in 2005 and can be found within the Ngaka Modiri Molema District, that's in Mahikeng Municipality in the North West province. Also, there's Tumi Moetsi Foundation which is under construction and we cannot wait to see what it holds but we can keep in mind that Mrs Moetsi wants to continue to be a formidable force in the business world. The talented radio presenter and businesswoman is inspired by two strong women, first would be her mother 'she raised us all her 4 kids (3 boys and 1 girl(me) by herself after our dad passed', she explained. A woman she describes as the one who wanted only the best for them, to be educated, independent and work hard. Second woman who is probably the Heroine to a lot of South African women, who does everything effortlessly would be Basetsana Khumalo 'I love her so much. I draw most of my strength from her... Her hard work helps me navigate both, as a businesswoman and a mother', Tumi said.

And if you think she's done, then you are in for a big surprise because her clothing line is in the pipeline. She loves fashion and judging by the way she dresses and put an outfit together you can see this also comes naturally and we can all agree that she always looks on point.

Her advice would be to Start and don't be afraid to fail 'It may take you twice as long but don't quit. Keep the faith', she insisted. Moetsi believes in building one's profile before looking for assistance or partnership, not only that but also to share your personal experience and prove your capabilities 'when you start looking, start selling your brand or wanting partnership, at least you have something tangible that can attest your requisition', she concluded.
